Get ready for a giant leap in navigation! On December 17, 2025, Europe's Galileo satellite system is set to launch two new satellites aboard the Ariane 6 rocket. The core stage uses the Vulcain 2.1 engine, and the upper stage uses the Vinci engine. After the Galileo satellites are deployed, the upper stage will move to a graveyard orbit.
