In a powerful statement, the head of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), Air Chief Marshal (ACM) Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, declared that Pakistan has risen as a stabilizing force in the region after the recent conflict with India, which Pakistan refers to as 'Marka-i-Haq'.
