Step inside, and you'll find a tunnel-like entrance leading to a spacious room with high ceilings, metal beams, and compressed wood elements, all painted in a matching light grey. But here's where it gets intriguing: the brand's footwear collection is stacked visibly behind a partition, becoming an eye-catching feature in itself.

Landowski reveals his initial hesitation about opening a physical store, fearing a loss of flexibility. He explains, "The idea was to create a space with maximum adaptability while maintaining a distinct identity. I wanted to avoid a rigid setup that limits creativity."

However, this store is more than just a retail space. Landowski envisions it as a hub for creative expression, hosting exhibitions and fostering collaborations that expand the Phileo brand. And this is the part most people miss—the store's opening centerpiece is a reimagined DCM Chair by Charles and Ray Eames, hand-plated in silver leaf, a collaboration with Vitra that began years ago.

Landowski's journey began in 2019 with a €15,000 bank loan, a passion for sneakers, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Since then, he has collaborated with renowned names like Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market, worked with outdoor brand Salomon, and received prestigious accolades, including the 2024 Emerging Talent Award at the Footwear News Achievement Awards.
